Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, username, profile information, team or athletic affiliation, and account credentials.
- Program and transaction information: registrations, program participation, order details, subscription or entitlement status, and customer-service history. Payments made through Apple, Google, or another payment provider are processed by that provider; Lerg Inc. does not receive full payment-card numbers from app stores.
- Content and communications: messages, comments, posts, uploaded files, form responses, support requests, and other content you submit through the Services.
- Device and usage information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, pages or features used, approximate location derived from IP address, crash data, diagnostics, identifiers, and interaction data.
- Permissions you choose to grant: such as camera, photos, microphone, notifications, or calendar access, when a feature needs that permission. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.
- Cookies and similar technologies: information collected through cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics, and comparable tools on our websites and apps.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, enroll, purchase, communicate, post content, or request support; automatically when you use the Services; and from service providers, app stores, payment processors, referral sources, or affiliated Lerg Inc. brands when permitted by law.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide, personalize, secure, and maintain the Services.
- Create and administer accounts, registrations, access, and program participation.
- Process transactions and verify subscriptions or other entitlements.
- Deliver coaching, mentoring, educational content, community features, notifications, and support.
- Communicate about the Services, including administrative, security, and service messages.
- Send marketing email or text messages where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
- Analyze performance, troubleshoot, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms, protect users, and comply with law.
- Develop and improve features, content, and user experience.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Service providers: hosting, customer relationship management, client-portal and mobile-app infrastructure (including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), analytics, communications, cloud storage, security, support, and payment providers.
- Apple and Google: to distribute the app, process purchases, provide platform services, and meet store requirements.
- Lerg Inc. brands and personnel: authorized staff and affiliated operations supporting Dialed and Driven, Goalie Mentors, and Future Pro USA.
- Legal and safety recipients: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the Services.
- Business transaction recipients: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers are required by contract or law to protect information consistently with this policy and use it only for authorized purposes.
6. Community Content and Safety
Content you choose to post in community areas may be visible to other authorized users. Do not post sensitive personal information. We may review, restrict, or remove content and may suspend users to enforce our Terms, respond to reports, and protect the community.
7. Communications Choices
You may opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages; message and data rates may apply. You may disable push notifications in device settings. Administrative, security, and transactional messages may still be sent when necessary to provide the Services.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including while your account is active, and as needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or account closure by emailing [email protected] or visiting our Support page. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Certain information may be retained when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No network, storage system, or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children and Minors
Some Lerg Inc. programs serve youth athletes. A parent or legal guardian should create or supervise accounts for minors and provide any consent required by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental authorization. If you believe a child provided information without required consent, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
11. U.S. State and International Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal certain decisions. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. The Services are operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

The Services may contain links to third-party sites or use third-party platform features. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This policy does not cover independent third-party services.

We may update this policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email when appropriate.
